Anais was a joy to work with! She communicated well with me ahead of time; she was prompt, helpful, and did an excellent job of the interpreting I required during my meeting, taking notes to ensure she didn’t miss anything, and asking for clarification when necessary. She was also friendly, and gave me some extra information to help my research. In a world where so many things are complex, difficult and challenging, I couldn’t have asked for better.
